Founded by the partnership of Diniz Holding A.Ş., İdaş A.Ş. and Mr.Rüştü Yılmaz in1987 , Elele provides services to the OEM and automotive suppliers industry by manufacturing foams for seats, headrests and sound insulation parts with its 285 employees in its facilities located in a closed area of 13500 m² in Bursa BTSO Organized Industrial Zone.

It holds an ISO / TS 16949 certificate. Elele produced a molded foam using cold foam technology for the first time in Turkey. In 2003 a licence and technical support agreement is made with Johnson Controls company and as of this date the manufacturing of foam for seats using TDI technology was started also for the first time in Turkey.
